Current investments include a stake holding and management role in Robben Island Ferries, Waterfront Shuttles, Nonkululeko Charters, American Express - CTI, Grand Cape Transport Services, Cape Charters, Indaba Curios, Roots of Africa, Table Bay Diving and Tigers Eye Curio Shop.
Vision
Our vision is to acquire and manage complementary strategic tourism assets that service the high net worth tourist. Key to achieving our vision is in the definition of the role that we see ourselves playing in:
- Understanding our market needs (end consumer and tourism retailers) and creating the right value proposition for the defined target market
- Developing all aspects of the tourism product. This includes building brand equity and providing the necessary infrastructure, systems and the service levels required to support the product.
- Sourcing new opportunities
- Playing a pro active role at a management level in transforming company policies in line with the requirements as set out by the Employment Equity Act as well as satisfying the need for real and credible empowerment of individuals and service providers from previously disadvantaged communities, through job creation and opportunity utilization.

Cape Tour Investments meets its objectives via strategic partnerships, joint management control, joint venture relationships and the formation of consortia with established businesses.
The end result must be financially beneficial to all role players with a definite bias towards black economic empowerment and affirmative action.
